Conclusion
It is essential to remember that these recommendations are meant to ease the stress and anxiety of students and not to be an additional source of shame and self-hatred. Understandably, sleep, physical activity, nutrition, hobbies, and mental health are not being prioritized given the immense pressure from schools, families, and societies. Change begins with recognizing that the self-worth of students is not determined by these exams. Being empathetic toward students going through this journey, and emphasizing that this is not a life-or-death situation is the first step toward a new generation of students, who make it through this journey without an accompanying physical and mental health crisis

UCSD: Individual Research Programme
I successfully finished an 8-week Individual Research Program, EDUC-42392, at the University of California, San Diego, specifically in the San Diego Division of Extended Studies. Jhah N. Cook, a third-year PhD student at Yale University’s Kaye Lab (https://lnkd.in/e_gh9ax4 ), mentored me through the Lumiere research organization. I earned a final grade of P (pass) from the university and achieved an A+ in the project evaluation. (Jun 2023 to Aug 2023)
